About Our Guest Elizabeth Bailey

Elizabeth Bailey graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional. She works as Waffle House’s Vice-President of Workers’ Compensation & Safety. She oversees the workers’ compensation program for all company-owned restaurants in 24 states. She serves on the boards for the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Association and the Georgia Self-Insurers Guaranty Trust Fund. She is also on the Rules Committee of the Advisory Council to the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation.
