At the Alliance, we review psychometric data every quarter to ensure our programs are truly making an impact. By comparing pre- and post-test scores, we use two key metrics commonly applied in corporate education to measure learning outcomes. A paired t-test helps us determine if the improvement is statistically significant (p-value<0.05), while Cohen’s d shows the size of that improvement—with values above 0.8 indicating a strong effect. 

Our CISR program results are especially compelling, with a p-value of 0.00 and a Cohen’s d of 1.0. This tells us that participants aren’t just learning the material—they are achieving a level of mastery of the curriculum strong enough to drive real performance improvements on-the-job.
