Brett Carter is Vice President and Managing Director for The Jacobson Group’s executive search team, managing C-level, Board Director, Vice President and other executive-level searches for clients from all sectors of the insurance industry.
Brett brings more than 20 years of insurance experience to his role with Jacobson, previously serving as Diversity Partner for Munich Re US P&C. In this role, he collaborated with human resources and other executive leaders to attract, develop and retain top talent.

Steve Patscot is the leader of Spencer Stuart’s North American Human Resources Practice, where he advises CEOs, boards and senior human resources executives on leadership and succession planning issues. His expertise is also at work in the firm’s Leader Advisory Services business where he coaches several senior executives. Steve has been recognized with Spencer Stuart’s prestigious Lou Rieger quality award for outstanding client service.

Tony Chimera is the Chief Administrative Officer at Westfield Specialty, overseeing the Human Resources, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, and Real Estate teams. He joined Westfield Specialty at its inception as Chief Talent Officer four years ago. Tony firmly believes that companies and business
